I know several individuals who purchased in bulk just for the chance to get the whole collection right off the bat. And why not? When they're all together, they sure look cool.
Fans set out for their local Disney Store, Toys-R-Us, or Walmart to purchase.
If you're ready to buy, keep in mind some stores have a limit to how many you can purchase (I've heard that Toys-R-Us limits you to 4 minifigures.) I don't believe Walmart has this policy, but I'm not sure about Disney Store. It would be a good idea to call ahead and ask if customers are limited to a certain number of minifigures if you'll be buying several.
